To make a ToDo, press the “plus” button at the top right of the screen. Type in a name for the ToDo in the “TODO DETAILS” section. Type in any notes as desired into the “TODO DETAILS” section such as the phone number or address of a business card (NOTE: every key stroke will save automatically in the text fields). Choose a “Finish Date & Time” (NOTE: the date and time will save automatically, not including notifications).

If setting notification(s) for this TODO, press the “Set Reminder” link and select either Daily, Weekly, or Monthly notifications in the “Reminder Frequency” section. Please press the “Enable Notification” button to set the notification(s). Press the “Edit ToDo” button at the top left of this screen. Press the “ToDo’s” button at the top left to return to the list of ToDo’s.

Simply press the camera button and hover the camera lens about 8-inches over the desired business card or text of any kind and the camera will be scanned by the Vision AI build and capture any text that was in the camera lens. The text will automatically be appended to the ToDo Detail Notes section.

When a full list of ToDo’s is located on the main page, pressing the “plus” button at the top left to create a new ToDo will create a sample ToDo in the list called “New ToDo” and can be found in the list for the day that is today’s date near the top of the list. The list is sorted according to the Finish Date & Time of the ToDo’s.

Press on the ToDo. Edit the ToDo name or notes text fields in the “TODO DETAILS” section (NOTE: every key stroke will save automatically in the text fields). Choose a “Finish Date & Time” as desired (NOTE: the date and time will save automatically, not including notifications).

To set any notifications, press the “Set Reminder” link and select either Daily, Weekly, or Monthly notifications in the “Reminder Frequency” section. Please press the “Enable Notification” button to set the notification(s). Press the “Edit ToDo” button at the top left of this screen. To mark a ToDo as completed, press the toggle button, which will turn green for completed. To return to the ToDo’s list, press the “ToDo’s” button at the top left of the screen.

When requiring additional information to be scanned, press the camera button and scan the additional business card or text of any kind and the Vision AI build will automatically append that new information to the end of the ToDo Detail Notes section.

First, delete unnecessary information in the ToDo Detail Notes section. Select the camera button and re-scan the new desired business card or text of any kind and the information will be placed in the ToDo Detail Notes section.

The ToDo’s list can be filtered in two ways. Using the search bar: type any keywords into the search, press on the highlighted blue text to go to a needed ToDo or press the enter key and the specific ToDo’s that match the key word will appear. Select the desired ToDo. The second way to filter the ToDo’s list is to press on the “Completed” button to show ToDo’s that have been marked as completed or press on the “Incomplete” button to view the ToDo’s that have not been marked as completed.

Deleting a ToDo can be accomplished in two ways: editing the ToDo to give it a new name, set new Finish Date & Time, or manage new notification settings (see Editing ToDo’s above).

To remove a ToDo from the ToDo’s list completely please press the “Edit” button on the top right of the screen and then select the red circle with a white line in the middle next to the ToDo to be removed and push the “Delete” button that appears on the right of the ToDo. Press the “Done” button that appears at the top right of the screen (this will place the list back into the normal list view).

Compatible on all iPhone devices with an operating system of 17.4 or above. iPad device deployments are carried out in the standard iOS architecture. Available to Mac devices through iPad-style presentation. Self-standing applications for Apple Vision are available. Apple Watch is currently not supported.

Data currently does not sync between devices and is scheduled for improvement with the engineering team.
